Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia. Home to over 10 million people, Jakarta is always bustling, from the sound of the wheel of government turning to the sight of the economy churning. Skyscrapers, single story residential houses, modern apartment complexes, survivalists shanties - all co-exist in this city. The Mountain Puncak is located about 80 kilometers from the capital city Jakarta, about 1500 m above the sea level, on the slopes of mount Arjuno. Mountain area with moderate air and trends cool night with atmosphere refreshing and pleasant scenery of the tropical forest and tea plantations. There are quiet some places to visit in Indonesia like Taman Safari, Duniya Fantasy, Taman mini and Indonesian museum. Of course the island, Bali is one of the major holiday destination among the beach lovers. Bandung, City of Flowers, is the provincial capital of West Java and Indonesia's third largest city. Known in colonial times as the Paris of Java because of its European ambiance and sophistication, Bandung shares with Miami a fine legacy of Tropical Deco architecture dating from the 1920's. Bandung is also renowned for its shopping, particularly for shoes, textiles, clothing and denims which are found in the colorful Jeans Street. Easily reached from Jakarta by train, road or air, Bandung, with its cool mountain air is a popular second stop for those visiting the national capital and an essential stay-over for traveler’s enroute through Java.
