Vienna's history can be traced back to Roman times. Like many cities throughout Europe, it is based on a former Roman military settlement called Vindobona. After the decline of the Roman Empire, the remains of this camp developed in to a town under the reign of the Babenberger dynasty.
The establishment of the town of Salzburg can be precisely traced to the year 696 when the missionary St.Rubert arrived in the area now known as Salzburg and founded the Benedictine Monastery of St. Peters. The town merged into an independent church state, ruled by a sovereign, the Archbishop.
Where we find the slip GMC tourist village overlooking the lake and is located amid the mountains of western Austria, and there are many hotels is a model of the village tourism, and near the mountains there is snow for skiing enthusiasts and is characterized by its abundant cool in summer, one of the most important tourist areas in Austria.
